You will receive order updates through email or WhatsApp once your order has been processed or shipped.

For order tracking and shipment updates, we use Track123 tracking services.

Shipping charges

Order delays

Incorrect shipping information

Failed delivery attempts
If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or does not respond to courier calls, the parcel may be marked as failed delivery and returned.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan for eligible orders and locations.
