Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed within 1 working day after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Method:

We use reliable courier services including LCS, PostEx, and Call Courier to deliver orders across Pakistan. Once your order is dispatched from Bahawalpur, tracking details will be shared so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen situations are beyond our control.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged products or if a wrong item is delivered. Used products are not eligible for return. Change of mind returns are not accepted.

If a customer is not satisfied, the return decision will depend on the condition of the product and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Conditions:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear proof (photos or video) of the issue.

Return Shipping Charges:

If the product is damaged or a wrong item was delivered, return shipping will be covered by Best4all Store. If a return is approved for reasons other than damage, return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Discounted Items:

Discounted or sale items are eligible for return only if they are damaged or incorrect.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

COD orders follow the same shipping and return policy as prepaid orders.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed via bank transfer only after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 working days.
